Salamander’s 02 TRACK™ App is now better than ever. App customers with an active Internet connection and a Salamander SaaS subscription will be able to share their incident data with any other Salamander tracking or reporting products.

The Salamander 02 TRACK™ App is National Incident Management System (NIMS) compliant Incident Command System (ICS) software for your Android tablet or smartphone that will read your Salamander created agency identification or accountability tags.

The software is compatible with all current and previous versions of Salamander 01 TAG™ manual accountability solutions including PAS V, fireTRAX, & interTRAX PDF417 or QR barcoded tags, as well as, RFID tags.

Features & functionality include:

-Data Synchronization – Incident data can be shared with any of Salamander’s full line of tracking and reporting products.

-Incident Creation – Start, end, and resume incidents by collecting start date and time, elapsed time, and location.

-Assignment Management – Manually build or scan ICS assignments that can be re-used from incident to incident saving time.

-Resource Tracking – Read personnel, equipment, or company tags (PDF417, QR Code or RFID cards). Electronically scan or manually place them into assignments and create a date and time stamped history of activity.

-Timers – Create timers on assignments, resources and other activities during an incident or event.

-Manual Entry – Manually create personnel on the fly even if they don’t already have a Salamander tag.

-Personnel Accountability Reports (PAR) – Conduct PAR checks to verify personnel counts.

Requirements:

1. Barcode scanning requires a 3MP (or higher recommended) rear facing auto focus camera.

2. Data Synchronization requires an Internet connection and a Salamander SaaS account.

3. RFID usage requires a device that is Near Field Communications (NFC) enabled.
