This FREE app is designed as a spring-board to help you discover the countryside of the UK. It's packed with full colour maps,stunning images and wildlife sounds too. The sites it contains are by and large free to visit and are a small snapshot of the wildlife to be found in Britain.

There are sites for Wintering birds, Grey Seals, Water Voles, Orchids, Dragonflies, butterflies and a whole host of wildflowers and there's even a gorgeous landscape site with several fabulous waterfalls in Wales. The New Forest has its own page too, devoted to the wealth of rare plants and animals found there. There are also sites that will amaze and surprise you in equal measure.

This is a labour of love for me as I have been passionate about wildlife and the countryside all my life. I hope you enjoy this app and that you will support all of our County Wildlife Trusts in their invaluable work in protecting our wildlife and the fabric of the British countryside.
