Get fit with this intense 20-minute workout. It's handy when you only have a few minutes and you still want to improve your conditioning. You'll find 8 exercises you can do in almost any gym. All you need are a bosu ball, a stability ball, and a couple dumbbells.

Perform each exercise continuously for 2 minutes, take a 30-second break, and move on to the next one. The timer tells you how much longer to keep working, and the voice-over gives useful cues along the way. Videos show you how to do each exercise correctly.
