The Sages of Clinical Services Award recognizes nursing professionals serving in a variety of roles throughout UnitedHealth Group who personify our mission of helping people live healthier lives. The award honors nurses who truly live our UnitedHealth Group Cultural Values - Integrity, Compassion, Relationships, Innovation, and Performance - in the course of their work, every day.

There are three Sages award categories: Individual Sage Award (37 winners), Interdisciplinary Collaboration Award (2 winners collaborating on the same team), and Leadership in Nursing Practice Fellowship (1 winner).
