ColorCal 2015 is for those with rotating days off and want a handy calendar to view your work/off days.

The calendar app was created with US Postal Service employees in mind and shows the typical color codes used in scheduling*. It displays the Sunday / rotating day off schedule that is used by letter carriers and many station clerks.

For simplicity, I intentionally did not include any online calendar integration. It is a simple app that displays your day off, holidays and paydays. NO complicated or intrusive settings.

* Please note that the color scheme depicted in this calendar match the predominantly available calendars, however some offices use a variation. If this is the case in your office, make a mental note to adjust for your particular color scheme.

ColorCal is intended to complement, not replace, the printed calendar that we have purchased for many years and which I will continue to buy.

I respect your privacy. There is no SPAM, Ads, pop-ups, nag screens, in-app purchases or collection of personal data. It does not collect, save or ask for ANY information. The only permissions required are to access the network and it is included by the software package used to build the app. The app works without connectivity.

I am working to reduce the download size but as I add capabilities it continues to grow. I chose to not allow user customization and API integration for simplicity and to keep the download from getting too large.

This app has been tested on Gingerbread 2.3.7 (ZTE Midnight), KitKat 4.4.4 (MotoX, Nexus5, Galaxy S5) and Jellybean 4.2.2 (Galaxy Tab2 7.0)

A NOTE ABOUT APP ECONOMICS

Please be aware that of the $.99 about 60% goes to developer fees, taxes and expenses which are beyond my control. I want to continue publishing the calendar. I am not complaining, just pointing out it requires about 200 downloads to break-even and that does not account for related things like the web site and software fees OR any of my own expenses (time, equipment, caffeine etc.). How much would it cost to purchase or create a calendar of your own? I do not expect to get rich writing apps, but, I don't want to come up short either.
