This is a container tally sheet to keep track of the times you have used each color container per day while doing the 21 Day Fix program from Beachbody.

This not an official app from Beachbody, I made this for myself while I was doing the program.

The 21 Day Fix Tally Sheet allows you to keep track not only for the containers but also for the teaspoon and water consumption. It highlights the numbers according to your range so you can visually identify when your are missing a container or used more than suggested by the program. It also keeps a record of every day so you can be aware if you have been following the program according to the guide
