1. Do the test (max situps as you can).
2. Select the most appropriate scheme
For example:
if you perform 15 abs - start from scheme - '11-20 situps',
if 45 - select '41-50 situps'.
Training program for abs needn't breaks, it designed for 6 days.
On 7th day you must do the test again (max situps as you can).
If you can't complete one of the training days, don't worry. Repeat this day again. After every training your strength and stamina will increase and in next training you could do more situps.
