The 2012 Christmas Special of Doctor Who has finished a new Android APP is now available on Google Play.

The APP created by Apps Alive Limited will celebrate 50 Years of Doctor Who.

Throughout 2013 as the celebrations build towards the 23rd November more and more will be added. The APP costs just 49p and begins with a Pictoral History of the show including an in depth look at the Daleks and the Cybermen, all the previous Doctors, other Villians & Monsters, a look at every single companion, A Podcast Review of every episode (updated in the week following the episode) starting with 'The Angels Take Manhatten' (the latest episode) and continuing with a quick update within 72 hours of 'The Snowmen' finishing. It will also contain at the outset some other exciting stuff.

It even has a complete list of the stories shown on TV since the first in 1963 until The Snowmen at Christmas 2012. It has the latest news in the form of a news feed but will also a page of news personal to the APP updated weekly. It will have a quiz which will change once a month and a You Tube channel direct from the APP and created for the APP with the theme tune from each Doctor.
