Original Sfxr was created by Tomas Pettersson aka dr. Petter.

Its original purpose was to provide a simple means of getting basic sound effects into an indy game.

I fell in love with that wonderful idea and created this port for Windows Phone devices.

The idea was that user could just hit a few buttons in this application and get some largely randomized sound effects.

Basic usage of 8 Bit Sound Generator involves hitting the button, listen to the generated sound and enjoy it.

All the parameters used to create each sound are manually tweakable to allow fine-tuning.

If you really like the sound effect you've just created, there is opportunity to save it to the SkyDrive cloud.

Version 2.0 fixes some errors, during the file upload.
