Now you can access your American Fidelity Assurance Company Flexible Spending Account (FSA) right from your iPhone or iPad with AFA Mobile™. AFA Mobile™ is intended for Flexible Spending Account holders and is only available for Health FSA (Unreimbursed Medical), HRA and Dependent Day Care FSA participants. (Please note HSA account claims are not eligible to be processed via AFA Mobile™.)

Now it’s easy to manage your FSA, submit claims, and store your receipts in 3 easy steps:

1. Log in to AFA Mobile™ with your existing individual username and password, or register for a new account.

2. Create a 4-digit PIN to help prevent unauthorized use and allow for easier access from your phone.

3. Touch on the “New Claim” option on the main screen and follow the prompts to enter your claim information, take a photo, and submit your claim.
