This guide was produced using the American Poolplayers Association's Official team Manual for league years 2012/2013 & 2013/2014. Although I am a member I am not affiliated with the APA itself. The rules were downloaded Straight from the PDF file and converted into this application for convenience of use.

It also includes the Local Bylaws for the western reserve Geauga and Portage divisions. They were also copied from the Western Reserve APA League Bylaws PDF.

At this point it only refers to the 8 ball team rules and regulations and not the 9 ball team rules. This is just a reference Guide and any discrepancy please refer to your actual APA rule book.
