At AXA PPP healthcare, we like you to be fully informed about every aspect of your health. Members of AXA PPP healthcare are able to register and start a claim directly and in some instances gain automatic pre-authorisation. Members will also have access to health information to remain fully informed on any condition or health related matter they need.

Make a claim

Our members will be able to start a claim directly with our Customer Service department, we just need you to fill out a few pieces of information and our Customer Service team will be able to confirm your cover. For certain musculoskeletal conditions (joints and muscles) the app will be able to automatically confirm whether you are covered to go ahead with certain treatments.

Health info

We’ve added plenty of health information to the app allowing you to take advantage of. This information includes details of how to make a claim, the experience you can expect as a patient at a private hospital as well as being able to search for hospitals and specialists within your area. The app also gives you the ability to look up health information on over 800 factsheets, join our live chats to discuss the subject with one of our health experts or use our ‘ask an expert’ facility for any health related question.
