The colors, movement rate, total number can be adjusted as well as other options in a large settings menu to adjust the live wallpaper further to your liking.

Settings->Wallpaper->Live Wallpaper->Absorb LiveWallpaper

This is not an application and will not appear in the application menu.

To use: Go to the Menu, select Wallpaper, then Live Wallpaper, then select “Chaos Live Wallpaper”
