The idea behind Absorb Magazine has been to create a living magazine that takes a stand against traditional reading experiences from replicas of print and PDF that still dominate the market for iPad magazines!Founded and located in Copenhagen, Absorb Magazine unites different arts take on one shared theme to provide the reader with new angles to established knowledge. First edition is dedicated to “Statistics” primarily from a Danish context with a twist from France and Chile. You can prove anything with statistics and statistics never lie - they are just very liberal with the truth. There should always be context to the numbers and there should always be a macro for the micro. But that is not always the case. In the words of one of our Danish founding fathers, Ebbe Skovdahl, "Statistics are just like mini-skirts, they give you good ideas but hide the most important thing". With help from friends, contributors and supporters we have come to you reading this text.
