Action plan manager is task and action organizing tool for people that have to keep track of many different topics and tasks. All tasks (or actions) are grouped in Action plans – custom category for tasks.

To each task you can add following: topic, due date, description, corrective or preventive action, responsible person, priority, PDCA status, result.
