Inspired by Shakespeare’s As You Like It, take a real or virtual journey along Adelaide Road in London while listening to stories and poems on the themes of love, betrayal, exile and home. The start point for your journey is Hampstead Theatre where you should begin the App and your journey. There are seven ages of time in your journey and stories will unfold as you travel along the road. Your progress will be reflected in a symbolic clock of your journey. You can join in by taking every opportunity to write creatively and play games to win trophies to add to your writer’s shelf and receive your invitation to the wedding of the year!If you cannot get to Hampstead Theatre never fear, you can be an adventurer in carpet slippers and take a virtual journey instead.If you start the app at or near Adelaide Road in London, the app will run in GPS mode. You will need to follow the directions shown on screen to the real locations to receive the content. If you start the app away from Adelaide Road, then you can view the content without needing to be there, clicking the 'touchstone' buttons to continue when appropriate.---Note: Some users have reported sound disappearing at certain points.
