Turbo charge your lateral speed! AgilityTrainer is a sports performance training application used to improve lateral speed, agility and quickness. This is done by getting the user to respond to randomly generated audio and visual cues whilst being within an agility square which the user sets up on the floor/pitch. The agility square is made up of four corner cones with a central cone in the middle of the square. The corner cones are colored red, blue, white and yellow. The user starts in the center and runs to the color called/displayed and back, touching both cones, before the time runs out. The application can be calibrated to change the number of sets, repetitions, rest interval, time interval for each repetition and starting delay - all time intervals can be calibrated to one tenth of a second.
