It does what it says - after the device boots, this app will turn on airplane mode and optionally enable / disable the WIFI, which is configurable if you launch the app. I wrote this for an older device I'm using with WIFI only, and was tired of doing this by hand. It might be nice for this app to turn airplane mode back off if it gets turned on, so maybe in a future release.

Note, this app does exactly what it says, and no more. As the device is booting, and before this app has a chance to run, the device will still utilize the network. If you have an old phone on a cell phone plan, there may be times it will try to use the network even with this app installed. You need to configure the device as WIFI only, or remove your sim card, or do whatever it takes to get it off the network.
