This is a tiny tool that's supposed to aid our LARP gameplay.

Players can read QR coded messages and act accordingly to a set countdown.

Note: On the first QRCode scan, you might be prompted to install the Zxing barcode scanner. This is O.K. and expected.

Usage

User is either an "Operator", "Omnitool" or a "Pyrotechnic" (select on the action bar).

The green button triggers a QR code scanner. The expected message format as a regular expression: (operator|pyrotechnic)#([^#]*)#([^#]*)#([0-9]*) i.e. operator#Abandon the base!#Base destroyed#5

"Omnitool" can read any message whereas "Operator" or "Pyrotechnic" gets an error if he tries to read someone else's QR code. The "Abandon the base!" string is displayed during countdown and the "Base destroyed" message segment is shown when the countdown reaches 00:00. The last segment of the QR code message is an integer number representing a countdown in minutes..

Countdown can be aborted by hitting the red button any time.
