Alabama RepFinder is a great tool that helps you look up information about your elected legislators. Lookup is easy: simply enter your address and tap Find Legislators. Your address will be stored on your mobile device and is used only to determine your district assignments. You can also search search using a temporary address not stored on the device. You can use this option to help friends find their legislators. If your legislators are not found using your address, you can use the Current Location feature which engages your mobile device's GPS and Google Maps to find legislators located wherever you are (mobile data charges may apply).

Each legislative district has one House Representative and one Senator. However, with the recent redistricting which goes live after the 2014 election, legislative assignments may have changed for the area in which you live. RepFinder helps constituents find their legislators based on current and newly-defined district boundaries. Alabama RepFinder harnesses the power of the State of Alabama's Geographic Information System's geocoding and district matching services to provide accurate data. End User License Agreement:

By downloading and/or using the Alabama RepFinder application (the “Application”), you agree to abide by and be bound by this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Application is offered as-is, and as such, the State of Alabama and Venturi assume no liability as a result of incorrect data, the improper or unsafe use of the Application, or mobile carrier data charges incurred by its use. The Application obtains the information you provide when you enter your address information. We will share any data collected only: 1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; 2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; 3) with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, who do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth herein.

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us information without parental consent, the parent should contact us. At certain times such as when a user submits an error report, the Application may collect certain information automatically including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application. We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Please be aware that although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
