It has two main features: It will allow you to use a calling card and navigate the automated menu for you. The second feature it has allows you to navigate your business contacts by company name, and set it up so you can enter each contact's extension. Using the same concept, it will allow you to quickly and automatically navigate the switchboard and dial the extension for you.
