Race to the finish and try and achieve 3 stars!
You must stick to the roof, shoot the evil blockings and their spawners (resulting in copius amounts of blood) in a desperate attempt to reach the finish fast enough to get all three stars. Watch out for acid an lava though or you'll quickly find yourself back at that checkpoint you touched back there!
