It has been designed for parents by parents who were having issues with their own children, who were using their mobile phones at inappropriate times of the day, effecting school work, sleeping patterns, homework and family cohesion.

AlphaBlue is a ground breaking online solution that enables parents to remotely restrict access to features on their child’s phone to set times, such as incoming and outgoing calls, Texts, BBM, Internet, Facebook and Twitter etc... The only functions that children can access when in restrictive mode are calendar and calculator for educational purposes.

Restrictions can be set down to five minute increments during school hours, while doing homework or after a certain time at night. It also has the flexibility of allowing parents to add ‘Trusted Only’ telephone numbers so a child can call or be called by a parent even when restrictions are in place. UK emergency services numbers such as 999 are default.
