a) Any member of the alumni can become administrator and create a free login account at http://virtuosos.in/demo/we-connect/index.php

b) Admin can upload the list of the members using a simple MS Excel sheet.

c) On upload, Alumni directory ID is created and also a unique PIN for each member is also generated.

d) PIN is mailed to the members.

e) Members can download Alumni-Connect app and then by providing Directory ID, Mobile No and PIN can fetch the alumni directory.

f) Members can update their details viz. Photo, mobile no, address, company details etc any time.

Main features of the application:

1) Any number of directories can be downloaded in the application i.e. you can download school, college or university directories all at once.

2) close user group

3) You can talk with any member or send SMS or email.

4) Group SMS can also be sent

5) You can view directory by grouping members in different ways viz. passing out year wise, stream wise, city wise, company wise, country wise etc

6) Update you contact details yourself and everybody will be updated instantly.
