Create your personalized practices through “Ancient Yôga Practices.”Use the preset angas (practice parts) and the preset steps or even create your own steps (by using the pictures in your photo library or taking photos straight from your camera) to configure your personal practices.Assign one or more songs from your library to each anga or to specific steps of your practice and let the app manage your playlist, playing your songs and making smooth transitions between them.During the practice, configure the app to move automatically between steps and/or to issue a sound warning once you reach the middle (in cases of compensation) or the end of each step.A little attention though! This app does not teach Ancient Yôga techniques. It does not include any videos.
