Prototype app, that demonstrates how client-side javascript in a web page that is loaded in a android.webkit.WebView continues to execute even when an activity is stopped. The only way to stop the execution of the client-side javascript is to execute:
onPause();
pauseTimers();
methods on the WebView object.
