Murder Most Foul!

Colonel Lestrade of Scotland Yard is seeking assistance from undercover sleuths amongst those attending the infamous Anomaly Convention.

It would seem that Dr. Caracatus Shniffenpot, an infamous scientist who was working on the cure to old age, was murdered in the night. It is unknown whether he was successful in creating the serum, because the body was found in his ransacked lab and all of his formulae were missing. Lestrade believes the person responsible for the murder may have been after Dr. Shniffenpot’s serum.

As so many renowned scientists are flowing in and out of the Symposium known by the code name AnomalyCon, Lestrade has narrowed it down to six suspects. It is vital that investigators do not give the suspects any reason to believe they are being investigated, as they may skip town before being proven guilty.

The secret serum is a distinct mystery all its own, and will require intense meditation upon riddles left by the doctor. It is our hope to find this before the villian does.

As for the weapon, Lestrade encourages investigators to keep their eyes wide open during their investigation of the murder.

The mystery begins when investigators solve this simple cipher to ensure, for Lestrade's sake, that they are competent enough to solve the mystery. The cipher reveals the location of an investigator packet for each investigator.

Solve the question of the murder weapon, the actual stolen serum, and the murderer themselves.
