It provides a gateway for customers to use SMS Banking, Internet Banking and Telephone Banking using their registered mobile device.

SMS charges will be deducted from the user for every SMS Banking transaction. GPRS or WiFi bandwidth will be consumed for every website access. Telephony charges will apply for call place to the bank's call centre. The call centre numbers may be international numbers and not necessarily toll-free.
