AppScripts allows you to create an app as easy as creating a web page.

Write scripts to place into the SDcard and it runs in the app.

Normally, an app requires its contents to be compiled.

This prevents modifications after the fact.

The next option is to create a webapp where local content can be created and modified.

The problem with running scripts from a browser is that they have no read/write access to files.

AppScripts simply created an app that keeps an eye on the web-browser for file-edit instructions and responds.
