"Appointments App" is an android application, in which the appointment will be scheduled automatically according to the appointment information fill up by the user.

The alarm notification will notify according to date & time of an appointment for a particular visitor.

The first screen of this application contains 2 buttons, which is “MakeAppointment” and “Display”.

When user click on “MakeAppointment” button then second screen will appear with 8 input fields. Input fields contains date, time, visitor name, location, description and rating. . For rating star rating bar is there click on stars. When user click on “OK” button on that second screen the appointment will be scheduled with alarm notification at that date & time given by the user.

User can check all appointment by clicking on “Display” button on first screen then third screen will appear that contains list of visitors having appointment with user. When user want to see information’s for a particular visitor then user can click on that visitor name from the list and the message box will appear on screen containing all information of that visitor. This message also contains Delete & Update button. So that user can delete or update appointment of particular visitor and according to that update or delete that appointment will be rescheduled or cancel.

The scheduled appointment will be notify with alarm notification according to visitor’s data & time. When it notify user can click on that notification then Appointment Reminder App screen will appear that is first screen. So that user can check their appointment for a notified visitor’s. User click on “Display” button on first screen and check their appointment information for a notified visitor by clicking on that visitor name.
