• Provide feedback about the telecommunication services in the state of Qatar for the purposes of enhancing and improving the quality of services.

• Empower users to lodge a formal complaints with the telecommunication regulatory authority about their telecoms services.

• Allow users access to an online map showing other consumers feedback.

• The application includes an option for a speed test which tests the speed of the users internet connection.

This application is created for the sake of telecom consumers in the state of Qatar.

قامت هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات في قطر بإطلاق تطبيق "أرسل" بهدف تمكين المستهلكين لـــ:

• تقديم ملاحظاتهم وتعليقاتهم حول خدمات الاتصالات في دولة قطر بغرض تحسين جودة الخدمات

• تقديم شكوى رسمية إلى هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات ضد مقدم الخدمة الخاص بهم

• إمكانية الاطلاع على خريطة توضيحية تتضمن ملاحظات غيرهم من المستهلكين حول خدمات الاتصالات

• لاختبار سرعة اتصالهم بالإنترنت
