Simple application to automatically switch Airplane mode on after turning screen off to save battery or data transmission. After display turns on network settings are recovered. What important if your device already was in airplane mode application do not change it.

Useful especially for tablets. Saves battery when screen is off. For phones switching on airplane mode means that you cannot answer calls.

There is a new option to periodically switch on network for a defined time to allow for application to sychronize and then again switch on airplane mode. It still has a great impact on battery life but you still get notifications (with some delay depending on settings). You can choose how often and how long network is switched on to balance battery life and network access.

There is a new setting option that in case of device being plugged to AC power, application will disable switching automatic airplane mode, as there is no need for battery saving.
