Obey local traffic laws and be courteous to others on the road; keep a safe distance from other vehicles--one car length for every 10 MPH (Tailgating may make other drivers frustrated or even angry).

Obey posted speed limits and stay to your right; use the left lane for passing slow vehicles. Don't become a road hazard; avoid traveling slower than 15 MPH below the speed limit.

Use designated drivers--don't drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs or sleep deprivation.

MOTIVATION:

I made this App because I just got sick and tired of having to get in line to recharge my sticker when I forget to check my balance on my desktop at home; I became frustrated to see that the Autoridad de Carreteras y Transportación had not published a portal Application. I was appalled to find that several developers were charging for similar Apps that did not even work on many platforms.

Thinking of the horror a driver has to go through to pull over and use a browser to just to navigate the entire internet just to login to the portal--all while putting themselves and others in danger with oncoming traffic. Obviously, I just had to publish this AutoExpreso App to contribute to the community, for the good of other families in Puerto Rico, and peace of mind for other fellow drivers.
