Designed for on-premise installations as well as Dynamics CRM Online, the CRM Dialer for WP7 allows a user to log in from their Windows Phone 7 device and view a list of their contacts, accounts and opportunities. The user can place calls to any of their contacts and is automatically asked if they would like to assign an activity to the contact / account.

The Avtex CRM Dialer supports an Internet Facing Deployment of CRM using Windows Authentication (Active Directory) or Dynamics CRM online use Live ID authentication.

The Avtex CRM Dialer leverages your location information when retrieving driving directions.
