BJT Biasings is a useful tool to assist in understanding how various BJT circuits work and what effect each component has on the operation of the circuit.
There are three widely used BJT circuits to choose from:
- Fixed Bias
- Fixed Bias with Emitter Resistor
- Voltage Divider Bias
The user is able to vary values of resistors, supply voltage and transistor gain by moving the slide bars. Values of Ib, Ic, Vce, Icsat and Vceco will be updated in realtime as the sliders are changed. The Q-Point will also be plotted in real time.
Please note that this app is not designed to give you complete control over the values of resistance, voltage and gain. Rather, it is designed to give control of values within a certain range for you to adjust and discover what effect changing these values will have on the circuit.
