Each workout is processed through our unique algorithm to ensure you are getting the best workout possible. It will cycle through the different muscle groups intelligently and give you enough rest for your level.Choose from 6 different types of classes or build an entirely custom class from over 300 activities! Choose from Circuit Training (Upper, Lower or Total Body), Pilates Ball, Core Abs, Dumbbell and Bench, Boxing and Yoga classes. Each class you create (except the yoga classes) will be randomly generated so you never have to repeat the same workout twice. There is no in-app purchasing. All classes are included!Once you've created a class you may edit that class in any way. Remove, Change or Add activities. Change the work time or rest time between activities.
