This program allows any Boy Scout to have a handy way to track his progress to Eagle Scout. It is meant to be interactive, so boys can check off rank requirements when they do them, and be totally independent of the internet, meaing full offline use. In future versions, I will be adding awards earned and the WHOLE merit badge requirements book to this program.
