A Palette of Counselling and Psychotherapy Skills

Narrative, CBT, Person-Centred and Strengths-Based counselling skills cards and a map for exploring both problems and new possibilities.

This set of skills cards is like a colour palette and are designed as prompts for the therapist to inspire possibilities for the way forward. It is also to enable reflective practice - a noticing of those skills that were employed usefully in a session.

Usually $35 as printed cards, this resource app work just the same in electronic form. It is the set for 2nd Year students in our Bachelor of Counselling programme.
