Babies and children being left in hot cars is a tough thing to think about. BabyBuzzy is our way of helping with that problem.

Setup couldn't be easier! Install the app, set your emergency contacts, and you're done!

BabyBuzzy runs in the background all the time, and uses your GPS to detect travel. Once travel is detected, you are asked if you have a child in the vehicle. If you don't answer, BabyBuzzy assumes that you do!

Once you have stopped traveling for 5 minutes, BabyBuzzy will vibrate, play a tone, and ask if you have remembered your child. If you don't answer, BabyBuzzy will remind you again in a few minutes. If you still do not answer, BabyBuzzy will begin texting your Emergency Contacts so they know to get in touch with you or someone you know.

On some models of phones, battery usage is higher than we'd like. We're working on that issue.

Additionally some phones use a GPS chipset that doesn't perform as well as we'd like. This causes BabyBuzzy to detect travel when you're not actually moving, or might cause BabyBuzzy to ask you multiple times if you have a child in the car. Let us know if you encounter this issue - we'll try to address it if possible.
