Ever wondered how far away you were from the trail head, or wanted help finding where you parked? Simply save your location when you start your journey and BakTrax will help you get back!● The red arrow points to your saved starting location. ● If enabled, you will see a blue arrow that points north. ● The blue "North:" text displays the North angle. ● The "Distance:" text will display the straight line distance between your current location and the saved starting point, in either meters or yards depending on preference.● Press "Start" to show a map of your current location. When you are satisfied with it's accuracy, press "Save" to save the starting point. ● The "Start" button will transform into the "Pause" button.● Pressing "Pause" will stop all location and heading updates, (to conserve battery), and transform the "Pause" button to into the "Resume" button.● Press "Resume" to continue location updates, and cause the "Resume" button to transform back to the "Pause" button.● If you press the "Reset" button all location history will be deleted.● If at any time, you desire to see your current location on the map, press the "info" button in the bottom right corner.● If the device detects accuracy level of 10 meters or less, it will save that location, and plot a point on the map's purple route line.● Settings can be enabled from the device's settings app, or from the help screen by pressing the "Settings" button. ● Press the "?" button to bring you to the help screen.BakTrax is meant for entertainment only, and should not be used as your only means of navigation. Trees, mountains, hills, valleys, parking structures, and buildings will interfere with location accuracy.
