Set up one or more budgets (Household, Work etc) and see how income/expenses compare over a period of 12 months.

When the app is installed a 'Household' budget is opened, with a number of pre-set income/expense categories (salary/car; electricity etc.).

App should be viewed in landscape mode only.

Enter category name in 'Category/Budget' Text box and press '+' to create new category. Select category from list and press '-' to delete category (this will also delete all budget entries made for this category).

To make budget entries, first select category from list.

Then press 'calendar' sign to choose required date.

Any number of entries can be made for each category - 'Weekly', 'Fortnightly' and 'Monthly' entries are taken from selected date; 'Single Entry' is only at selected date.

Enter amount and include a note if required, then 'Add' budget entry.

Pressing 'Dollar' sign clears amount and note text boxes.

Use arrow buttons to review your budget entries - press 'Delete' to remove a particular entry.

You can choose the 'Start Month' by selecting any date within the required month.

Press 'Show' to view budget amounts per month for a particular entry.

Press 'Tally All' to tally up all entries made under a particular category.

To add a new budget press the 'Change' button, then add or remove budgets in a similar way to adding or removing categories (using '+' or '-' buttons).

To select a new budget first select budget name from list then press 'Change' again to return to category selection.

View your budget entries from the 'Show Budget' menu option.

Future plans are to include entry of account transactions so that the budget can be compared to actual amounts earned/spent.
