If barcode or qrcode contains URLs then it show it as Link by which you can visit the url simply by clicking on it. If it contains EMAIL, then compose email by just clicking it same for PHONE NUMBER etc.

If you want to copy full or a part of scanned result or manipulate, you can click on top inviting text "Click Here...". It shows the result into text field (Edit Text) as plain text and Android Keyboard will show.
