Sleeping in 90-minute increments will help you sleep efficiently and wake up feeling refreshed. Use Bed Time to help you select the appropriate sleep and wake up time based on those 90-minute intervals. This app allows you to select a variety of wake up times within each sleep cycle based on the time you plan to sleep. Remember that you’ll have to factor in those extra 14 minutes it typically takes the average person to fall asleep. The app can add additional minutes if you need some extra time.

The music featured in the app is by Kubbi, and the concept is based off of the Sleepyti.me bedtime calculator.

Note: Microsoft does not allow access to your media library for the sounds of alarms. This is why any app that uses the built in alarm feature does NOT allow you to use your own music, because it is impossible at this time. When Microsoft allows this change, the app will be updated!
