For this salad we will need mixed green vegetables, one cup of ripe mango diced, one-fourth cup of roasted pine nuts, beef and pork slice. For the dressing, we would need three tablespoons vinegar, two tablespoons of olive oil, necessary salt and pepper.

Wash the green vegetables thoroughly first. Drain the excess water. Keep them in a particular salad spinner. Keep it in another large bowl in order to chill for approximately three hours. Meanwhile, for the dressing take vinegar and olive oil in a jar. Tightly cover the jar and then shake vigorously. Enhance the taste adding salt and pepper. Take out the vegetables from the refrigerator. Season the beef and pork. Arrange all these evenly on two different salad plates. Sprinkle mangoes and nuts in the two plates equally. Finally, drizzle the dressing on the salad. Do the dressing perfectly. If dressing gets too much in the salad, the vegetables, beef and pork will taste wilted and soggy.

The next recipe of salad can accompany the main dish. Usually, this salad has contrasting colors and textures along with flavors. This is a commonly used salad. It is side dish to any main course. It is cooked with vegetables such as beans or asparagus. These combine perfectly with beef steaks or roasts. The beans along with asparagus are blanched for a while. Then they are shocked with cold water in order to retaining their green color back. A slice of butter along with salt and pepper is added then for a little seasoning. Some might like sprinkling sesame seeds to add garnish.

The third recipe is a salad that can be used for a main dish. This tends to be little bit heavier than the two other salads. Adding cooked piece of meat, such as chicken, beef, fish, pork will justify its taste. Combining more staffs like cheeses and eggs will enrich the salad. The dressings come up often within a mayonnaise-based form as they tend to be heavier. They can make surely your appetite full. The serving size for this salad is also larger comparing to the other salads. In order to getting extra crunch as well as texture, you might be adding some croutons, nuts, etc. also in the salad.

The last salad is served mainly for dessert. Typically, this type of salad is made with fruits. It is generally sweetened using sugar. Cream, milk or other different dairy products can be added. These are best when eaten chilled.
