The Benefitfocus app shows you all of the benefits choices you have made through the Communication Portal. In addition to coverage information, you can also add or edit dependent information, see what benefits you have not selected, and make changes to your personal details. To start using the app, simply download, accept the terms of use, enter the access code provided through your Communication Portal on your browser, then enter your username and password and you’re ready to go!
