We know that loose of left ventricle capture may lead to patient’s clinical condition deterioration. The algorithm was published by Jastrzebski et al. (Pacing Clin Electrophysiol. 2014, doi: 10.1111/pace.12384) and validated on about 750 ECG recordings (sensitivity 97%, specificity 90% in revealing effective biventricular stimulation).Take a photo of selected ECG lead, mark maximum positive and maximum negative QRS amplitude and isoelectric line and follow the guides. Let the App guide you on steps of ECG analysis. Simple tutorial (build in the App) will help you.
