Big Mort is a Mortgage calculator that is designed for commercial lenders and borrowers. It easily calculates amortization schedules for principal amounts up to $1 billion and more.

In addition, Big Mort will now compare 2 mortgages. See a side by side comparison of the two mortgages. Even the Amortization Schedule for both mortgages is compared.

The commercial lender needs to be able to offer mortgages with fixed payments, fixed principal reductions or interest only payments. Big Mort computes all three. (Note: Interest Only is part of the Premium Package, which requires a small one time fee.)

Other mortgage calculators, if they even provide an amortization schedule, present the months as a scrolling table which can go on and on and on. Big Mort concisely presents the amortization schedule so that, in most cases, the scheduled can be viewed in one screen (see the snapshots below).
