For example, it says or reads “Take a big A.” You can translate it and speak it to your children since it’s not about the letter itself but the size of it. (Otherwise give me your opinion to extend it to your spoken language). You might consider it as a good opportunity to teach them English if needed, it provides 26 upper and lower letters and numbers until 20 in English.
