Biz-Czar is a challenging "puzzle within a puzzle" game, where the player must unscramble random words by pushing around letter blocks through various environments. Puzzles get more challenging as the player progresses, both in the size of the word, as well as the tricky environment to maneuver the letter blocks. Players must be careful not to push a letter block into a wall, or into other letter blocks.

The story of the game is as peculiar as the game itself. With each word the player solves, a partial clue is revealed regarding the circumstances that led up to this bizarre turn of events. As the player begins the game, he/she will realize that their player character is a tiny, little man with short, stubby legs, and a (comically) muscular upper body.
