There is fully interaction with the hosts and their guests. If someone would like to have a go at shucking an oyster- I say be my guest. I think it provides a little entertainment and your guests will realise it isn’t as easy as it looks. People like to come and have a chat and I’m quite happy to indulge them, it’s all part of the personal service I provide.

I can shuck up to 30 dozen/hour if a high volume/turnover is required. Most private functions average 20 dozen. I will stay at the venue until all the oysters are shucked – this could be anywhere between 1 and ½ to 3 hours, depending on how popular they are on the night.
